📈 What the Role Will Involve
- Leading audits for medium to large groups (up to c.£180m turnover)
- Overseeing statutory accounts and providing forward-looking business advice
- Playing a key role in audit planning through to RI review
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
- Supporting and developing junior members of the team
- Contributing to the wider growth and direction of the firm
👤 Who They Are Keen to Speak With
- ACA / ACCA qualified with UK practice experience at Manager level
- Strong audit background, ideally with group exposure
- Comfortable leading assignments and engaging directly with clients
- Someone with an eye on progression into senior leadership
- Commercially aware and interested in contributing beyond compliance
