Role details
A well established accountancy practice is looking to appoint an Audit Senior and Audit Assistant Manager to join its expanding audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a broad and varied client portfolio across multiple sectors while developing your technical expertise and progressing your career within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities of the Audit Assistant Manager
- Lead audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
- Manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the audit process, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Complete audit fieldwork both remotely and on client sites, resolving technical issues where required.
- Support, coach, and develop junior members of the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal quality procedures.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver additional value to clients.
