Audit Assistant Manager Opportunity
Audit Assistant Manager opportunity in West Berkshire joining a well-established team and offering a structured progression pathway to Manager. This role will be a key role in the team overseeing audit engagements and supervising junior members of the team, building your management skills and working with a varied client portfolio.

A well-established accountancy firm in West Berkshire with an experienced team providing services across Audit, Accounts & Tax.
Description
- Manage and oversee audit assignments from planning to completion
- Review audit work to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Preparation & review of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering advice and support where needed
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and guidance
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients

Profile
A Successful Audit Assistant Manager Should Have
- A chartered accountancy qualification; ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Practice experience leading on external audits from planning to completion
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
