Are you an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager with 0-3 years post qualification experience feeling stuck in a rigid structure, working exhausting hours without a clear path to the top?
My client—a rapidly growing Global Mid-Tier Accounting Firm and part of a major worldwide network—is disrupting the traditional partnership model.
They have built one of the fastest, proven tracks to equity partnership in the market, with clear progression: Manager in 12 months, Senior Manager in 18–24 months, and Equity Partner in 5-7 years (earning £250k+ and become an RI).
They are looking for two External Audit Assistant Managers to join their thriving corporate sector team in Central London.

The Package & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to £56k
Bonus and Overtime: Up to £8k bonus (market leading) + paid overtime (Total Package: £64k+ in Year 1 plus overtime).
Lifestyle: Excellent work-life balance compared to typical Top 10/Big 4 pressure cooker environments. This includes 45 hour weeks in busy season and very rare weekend work.
Clientele: High profile, eclectic, and diverse including Media, Entertainment, High Net Worth Individuals, VC Funded Tech, Real Estate & Investment Property, and Hospitality & Leisure. This includes dynamic UK Startups, SMEs, and UK Subs of Multinational International Groups.
Exposure: Diverse work even beyond audit with opportunities to work on Corporate Finance, Valuations, and M&A transaction engagements when required, as well as other Financial and CFO Advisory work as well. Great exposure to CEO/CFO level and be a key strategic advisor in your client’s growth strategies.

Career path: Fastest path to Partnership in the UK where high performing Managers is just 2 steps from becoming an RI partner in a unique hierarchical structure.
What my client is looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CA / ICAS fully qualified (or overseas equivalent) from either Top 4, Mid Tier, or SME 2-10 Partner Practice are equally fine.
- Current or recent in any area of corporate audit background (non-Financial Services).
- Accounts prep or tax experience with OMB/SME clients is desirable, but by no means essential.
- Candidates who are a few months or a couple of ACA/ACCA exams from qualifying can also be considered.
