About The Role

The Audit Assurance Analyst is responsible for providing independent oversight and assurance of operational audit activity across the Field Support function. The role ensures that audits are delivered consistently, accurately and in line with industry accreditation requirements, internal quality standards and business expectations.

Acting as the business owner for the Vyntelligence (Vyn) audit platform, the role is responsible for maintaining and continuously enhancing the audit framework, ensuring insights generated through audit activity translate into meaningful improvements in compliance, technical standards, capability development and operational performance.

The Audit Assurance Analyst will work closely with operational leaders and technical specialists to identify trends, mitigate risk, strengthen governance and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide independent quality assurance of audits completed through the Vyntelligence platform, ensuring consistency, accuracy and adherence to defined standards.
  • Review audit outcomes to identify quality concerns, control weaknesses, emerging risks and areas of non-compliance.
  • Ensure audit activity supports compliance with industry accreditation and regulatory requirements, including MOCOPA, MAMCOP and other applicable standards.
  • Act as the business owner and subject matter expert for the Vyntelligence (Vyn) platform.
  • Own the ongoing configuration, administration and optimisation of the platform to ensure alignment with operational, technical and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of enhancements, audit workflows and functionality improvements in partnership with Vyntelligence and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor audit completion activities across leadership and operational teams, ensuring delivery against agreed schedules and performance expectations.
  • Produce, analyse and maintain management information relating to audit compliance, audit quality, trends, risks and performance.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insight to support operational decision-making.
  • Identify recurring themes, systemic issues and opportunities for improvement from audit data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Technical Support, Technical Training, Operational Leadership and the Head of Field Support to drive improvements arising from audit findings.
  • Translate audit insights into practical recommendations that improve technical standards, operational processes and customer outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
