About the role
You'll be based in a modern, recently opened office just a 5-minute walk from Milton Keynes train station, in a well-resourced regional hub connected to the firm's wider national practice. You'll get exposure to a diverse client base from owner-managed businesses to large corporates across sectors including retail, hospitality, legal and financial services.

As an Audit Executive, you'll:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, organising assignments and acting as their day-to-day point of contact
- Plan and lead audit fieldwork, identifying risk areas and the most efficient approach to gathering evidence
- Supervise and review the work of seniors, semi-seniors and juniors, ensuring files are complete before sign-off
- Liaise across departments on compliance deadlines, including corporation tax and Companies House filings
- Prepare first-draft projections and reports from raw client data

What you'll bring
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with practice experience
- Experience supervising junior staff (6–12 months preferred)
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of accounting standards
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Sage, and ideally CaseWare
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused, commercially aware approach
