Programme Overview
On the Audit Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence, helping protect business reputations and build trust in markets. You’ll work in high-performing teams, using technology and data to drive analysis, professional judgement and insight. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll develop your potential, make real impact, and gain a globally recognised qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).

What You Will Be Doing
- Work on client engagements that help build trust and confidence in financial reporting.
- Carry out independent assessments of financial information to support true and fair reporting.
- Use data, technology and professional judgement to interpret data and evidence, assess risk in financial statements and deliver meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with teams and clients across different sectors and locations.
- Develop your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning.
