Programme Overview
On the Audit Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping protect the reputation of businesses and supporting trust in markets. You’ll work in high performing teams, using technology and data to focus on analysis, professional judgement and powerful insights. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your potential while making real impact for clients and society.
Along the way, you’ll study towards a globally recognised Chartered Accountancy qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).

What You Will Be Doing
- Work on client engagements that help build trust and confidence in financial reporting.
- Carry out independent assessments of financial information to support true and fair reporting.
- Use data, technology and professional judgement to deliver meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with teams and clients across different sectors and locations.
- Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching and formal learning towards a professional qualification.
