This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit professional to join a forward-thinking and growing firm. As an Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, and play a key role in developing both client relationships and junior team members.
You'll work closely with Partners and senior leadership, delivering high-quality audit and assurance services while helping to drive the continued growth and success of the firm.

Manage and develop client relationships Act as a trusted adviser to clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business challenges, and providing proactive solutions and insights.

Review and oversee financial reporting Ensure financial statements, audit files, and associated documentation are prepared and reviewed in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal quality procedures.

Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams Manage and support junior team members, providing coaching, technical guidance, and regular feedback to help develop their skills and career progression.

Contribute to business growth and firm development Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships, support business development initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvements across audit processes and service delivery.

About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
- Proven experience managing audit assignments and client relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to add value to clients
- Motivated to progress your career within a growing and ambitious firm
