We're partnering with an exciting organisation, one of the UK's fastest-growing organisations to recruit an ambitious Audit Supervisor or Audit Manager for their Letchworth office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm where you'll manage a varied SME client portfolio, lead audits from planning to completion, mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships—all while enjoying genuine career progression.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage audits from planning through to completion.
- Build trusted relationships with SME clients.
- Review and mentor junior team members.
- Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality audits.
- Identify opportunities to add value and support client growth.
What We're Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- UK Practice audit experience.
- Experience auditing SME clients.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and looking to progress your career.
