Immediate start | Buckinghamshire with hybrid working | £22–£27.50 per hour

We’re supporting a respected membership organisation in the vehicle rental and commercial vehicle sector to find a Temporary Audit Programme Manager for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role coordinating member audits and supporting the organisation’s compliance programme. It would suit someone with experience in audit programme management or a similar compliance coordination role, who can work independently and is happy to take ownership of the administration as well as stakeholder contact.

You will:

  • Coordinate audits with the organisation’s third-party audit supplier, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Manage the administration and data relating to the audit programme.
  • Take minutes at committee meetings and help ensure actions are recorded and followed up.
  • Liaise with members after audits, providing feedback and responding to issues or queries.
  • Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed and help the programme run smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
