Constantin, Deloitte France UK regional office based in London, is continuing to enjoy a strong growth in attracting new clients and is looking to recruit additional full-time Audit Managers to join our team of nearly 100 audit professionals.
Industries and Clients
We are engaged with audit clients across a number of industries, primarily Retail, Technology, Consumer Business, Professional Services, and Manufacturing. Our clients are mainly UK subsidiaries of well-known listed Groups in France (CAC40) and other European companies. This role would therefore include exposure to a variety of activities and clients.

Your Role
As a Manager within the Audit practice within Constantin/Deloitte, you will have responsibility for:
- Audit planning and the delivery of the Audit plan to the client.
- Day-to-day management of field teams, including reviewing work of staff members.
- Liaising with key client staff, providing timely reporting and management information.
- Management of reporting requirements, including working with the team on client premises and attendance at kick-off and closing meetings.
- Developing and mentoring our seniors and audit staff.
- Involvement in tendering for new clients.
- Involvement in internal functions such as HR, Recruitment, Training, Technical areas, etc.
Your Profile
The Manager should ideally come from a Big 4 firm, however Deloitte experience is an advantage as Constantin/Deloitte makes use of the same Deloitte audit technology, audit methodology, and ways of working as the rest of the global firm.

- You hold a Master degree (Business School, Engineering school, or University) in Audit, Accounting, Controlling, or Finance and have 6 to 8 years of experience, including at least one full year as an Audit Manager.
- Previous experience of working with IFRS and UK GAAP reporting standards.
- The ability to present client data in a clear and concise format.
- Ability to develop effective client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Thriving under pressure and able to prioritize effectively.
- Project management experience.
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent), or close to achieving such qualification.
- Knowledge of French language is a plus.
Position Details
Position will be based in London; you may be visiting clients across the United Kingdom and occasionally in France and Europe.
