My client is looking for an ACA/ACCA-qualified Audit Manager to join their growing and forward-thinking firm. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, and play a key role in developing and mentoring audit teams.
The Role
- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients and act as their trusted advisor.
- Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and deadlines across multiple assignments.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex audit matters.
- Build strong relationships with clients, Partners, and colleagues.
- Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Previous experience managing an audit portfolio.
- Strong technical audit knowledge and client-facing skills.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
