Audit Manager, Social Housing - Top 15 Firm

TPF Recruitment, London and the South East's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is excited to be partnering with a leading Top 15 firm of chartered accountants to recruit an experienced Audit Manager into their London office.
Currently undergoing a period of growth, they are seeking a skilled auditor to step into this pivotal role, with clear opportunities for career progression as part of their succession planning.
This position is perfect for a qualified and detail-driven audit professional who thrives in a structured, high-performing environment and is ready to advance their career within a large and reputable firm. The business has fantastic modern offices, a strong staff retention rate and they can offer exposure to some incredible businesses.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to progress to Senior Manager and Director in the future too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit assignments across a portfolio including social housing.
- Manage audits from planning through to completion, ensuring all work meets the firm’s rigorous quality standards and aligns with client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during fieldwork, offering guidance and resolving complex issues.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Review statutory financial statements and conduct technical research when required.
- Collaborate with partners to identify additional client needs and explore opportunities for advisory services.

Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA qualified or by experience.
- Social housing sector experience.
- Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment.
- Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery.
- Team player who wants to join a 'family' of like-minded individuals.
- A dynamic approach - adapts quickly to change and can find smart ways to deliver the best results.
