About the Role
As an Audit Manager in Dorking within the accountancy industry, you'll play a key role in planning and leading audits for a variety of clients. Your expertise in accounting and finance will help ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, contributing to the smooth operation of the organisation.

Description
- Plan, execute, and finalise audits for a range of clients in line with regulatory standards.
- Review and prepare financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead audit teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support broader business objectives.

- Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Experience managing audits and leading teams within professional services.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Discretionary bonus.
