Audit Partner / Partner Designate

A leading and continuously developing firm of Chartered Accountants in Birmingham is looking to appoint an Audit Partner or Partner Designate to support the next phase of growth in the region.
This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for an established audit leader who can combine technical excellence with proven business development capability and a strong professional network across the West Midlands.
The most important requirement is a proven track record of winning new business across a consistent timetable.

- Winning and developing new audit business across the Birmingham / wider Midlands market
- Strengthening the firm’s presence with local introducers and professional networks
- Leading and mentoring an audit team, ensuring high-quality delivery and outstanding client service
- Supporting wider firm strategy alongside the existing partner group
What we’re looking for
- Audit Partner / Director (or equivalent) currently operating at senior leadership level within practice
- Demonstrable track record of business generation (new client wins and pipeline development)
- Established network in the Birmingham / West Midlands market (introducers, corporates, owner-managed businesses, PE-backed, etc.)
- Responsible Individual (RI) status is essential (must already hold RI)
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, commercial mindset

- Excellent basic salary (dependent on experience and entry level)
