Audit Partner – Midlands
Meraki Talent has been engaged by a growing independent Chartered Accountancy firm based in the Midlands to identify an Audit Partner to support the next stage of its journey.
Over the last few years, the firm has experienced exceptional growth and has established itself as a leading practice in the region.
Long-Term Vision
The firm's long-term strategy is to expand its audit function and capitalise on its strong market presence across the Midlands.
A significant part of this role will involve:
- Growing the client base through strategic business development initiatives.
- Building and leading a high-performing audit team.
- Creating a collaborative, welcoming environment that supports both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow the dedicated audit department in line with the firm's ambitious growth plans.
- Lead the development of the firm's commercial, corporate, and third-sector audit offering, building on existing market momentum.
- Maintain and strengthen the firm's culture during periods of rapid growth and any future acquisitions.
- Drive business development activities to secure new audit opportunities and expand market share.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor audit professionals to create a scalable and high-performing team.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
