Job Title: Finance / Audit Project Manager (12-Month FTC)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive Salary / Day Rate

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance / Audit Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role is designed to lead and deliver a key financial compliance and methodology project. You will bridge the gap between technical accounting, audit requirements, and software systems—ensuring our audit processes, templates, and workflows are fully optimized, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into our practice software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the scoping, planning, and rollout of audit methodology improvements and software template updates from initiation to completion.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Review current audit workflows, identify efficiencies, and re-engineer processes to ensure compliance with relevant auditing standards.
  • System Integration & Configuration: Customize and configure audit files, working paper templates, and disclosures using Iris and/or Caseware.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between internal audit teams, technical compliance leads, and external software vendors.
  • Training & User Adoption: Develop clear documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption across audit teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and post-implementation reviews to ensure configured workflows meet quality standards and operational requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
