Your new role
As an Audit Semi-Senior, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of audit assignments whilst continuing to build your technical knowledge and commercial understanding as you progress towards qualification.
Working as part of a close-knit audit team, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate entities. You'll be given the opportunity to take ownership of specific areas of audit assignments whilst continuing to learn from experienced Managers and Partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of external audit assignments.
- Taking responsibility for key audit sections and completing testing procedures.
- Preparing working papers and audit documentation to a high standard.
- Supporting Audit Seniors and Managers throughout the audit process.
- Developing strong client relationships and responding to queries professionally.
- Assisting with financial statement preparation and compliance work where required.
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance client service.
- Continuing your professional studies with full support from the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Currently studying towards ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Ideally in the final stages of your studies or expecting to qualify within the next 12-18 months.
- Previous experience working within an external audit environment.
- Good understanding of core audit principles and financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ambition to develop your career within a successful and growing practice.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
