We're looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our growing Audit team. You'll take ownership of audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with managers and partners to deliver a high-quality service while helping to develop junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Manage audit fieldwork both on-site and remotely
- Prepare and review audit files in line with regulatory requirements
- Identify risks and opportunities and provide practical recommendations
- Prepare statutory accounts and associated working papers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Supervise, coach and support trainees and junior team members
- Liaise with managers and partners on audit findings and client matters
- Ensure compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing qualification
- Previous experience within an external audit role in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
- Experience leading audits and supervising junior team members
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- A desire to develop your career within a growing and ambitious firm
