Your new role
As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in the delivery of audit and assurance assignments for a varied portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for planning and leading audits on-site and remotely, overseeing fieldwork, reviewing work completed by junior team members, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the engagement process.
Working closely with managers and partners, you will build strong client relationships and gain exposure to a diverse range of industries and business structures. In addition to audit assignments, you may also have the opportunity to support wider accounts and advisory projects, giving you broader exposure and allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set.

You will also contribute to the development of junior staff through ongoing coaching and mentoring, helping to maintain the firm's high standards while fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
What You'll Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified, or approaching qualification, with previous audit experience gained within an accountancy practice environment. You will possess strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will regularly engage with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
