Job Opportunity: Audit and Accounts Senior
TPF Recruitment is representing a highly successful and growing firm of chartered accountants based in Southampton. The firm is seeking to bolster their team with the addition of a qualified ACCA or ACA Audit, or Audit and Accounts Senior. This role offers excellent progression potential and career advancement prospects.
About the Firm
This firm provides accountancy, tax, audit, and advisory services to a diverse mix of clients across Hampshire and the South East. Their client base includes corporates, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations across various industry sectors, both private and listed businesses, primarily focused on owner-managed businesses.
Role Overview
As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for audit, accountancy, and tax services to an exciting client base. The audit department has seen incredible growth and has great plans for the future. The firm is seeking individuals who are career-focused and looking to progress in their career.
You will have a genuine opportunity to progress and develop in your audit career following qualification. This position will offer exposure to accounts, audit, and tax. The remit of the position and the level of audit work can be built around the applicant's experience and aspirations.

Responsibilities
- You will be ACA/ACCA part qualified or qualified, with a strong background in audit or audit and accounts.
- Demonstrable audit experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi Senior/ Senior /Associate.
- Your experience will have been gained in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent accountancy practice.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients.
- Experience of supervising others and delegation of work.
- Organisational skills.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA part qualified or qualified.
- Strong background in audit or audit and accounts.

- Salary of £40,000 - £47,000 (Subject to applicant qualification and level of experience).
