Job Opportunity: Audit Supervisor

TPF Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-respected accountancy and advisory firm based in Godalming to recruit an Audit Supervisor to join their expanding team.
This client is a multi-disciplinary professional services firm offering a full range of audit, tax, accountancy, and advisory support to a varied client base. They pride themselves on high-quality client service, a collaborative working culture, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
About the Role
As an Audit Supervisor, you will support and lead audit engagements across a broad portfolio of clients. You will be involved in planning and executing audit procedures, coaching junior members of the team, and ensuring deliverables are completed to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the delivery of audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Supervising and reviewing audit work of junior team members
- Identifying and communicating audit risks and findings
- Building strong professional relationships with clients
- Supporting the development of efficient audit processes

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in audit, ideally gained within a practice environment
- Strong technical understanding of audit processes and standards
- Confidence working independently and leading aspects of audit fieldwork
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mind-set
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary between £50,000 and £57,000, hybrid working, and a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing and career progression. More senior candidates will achieve higher salaries.
