Audit Senior Manager
A well-established accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior Manager to take a senior role within its growing audit team. This is an opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional who enjoys leading audits, developing people and working closely with established clients, with a clear route towards Responsible Individual status and, ultimately, Partner.
Based onsite in Hertfordshire, the role offers genuine senior-level responsibility across a varied portfolio, with the opportunity to influence both client delivery and the wider direction of the practice.
The Role
As Audit Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, overseeing audits from planning through to completion while ensuring high technical and professional standards are maintained.
You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, providing guidance to audit teams, supporting client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. For the right individual, there is a clear opportunity to progress towards RI status and future Partner-level responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
