About the Role
This is an Audit Services Manager at SX3 Independent Claims Consultants. You will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilising analytical skills for data assessment, effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring client projects are delivered on time, to the schedule, to scope, and in budget
- Preparing / ensuring audit template accuracy for each project
- Preparing / ensuring the accuracy of audit data analysis and case selection
- Ensuring the technical expertise deployed on each project meets the needs of the scope and provides added insight for clients
- Delivery of quality assurance to the client including engagement, data, timeliness, technical content, presentation and scope delivery
- Ensuring the accuracy of SX3 records in relation to hours scheduled / booked and costs of client projects
- Leading a Project Team effectively

Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ claims management experience
- End to end claims process knowledge
- Auditing / audit experience (essential)
- Quality Assurance experience (essential)
- Claims data analysis familiarity
- Project management experience, ideally suitably qualified
- High proficiency in MS Excel (essential)
