Description

Are you a qualified audit professional with a passion for training and knowledge sharing? Join our team as an Audit Technical Trainer, where you'll design, develop and deliver engaging technical training for audit professionals across the firm.

Our Technical Training team plays a central role in supporting audit quality, regulatory compliance and the professional development of our auditors. You will ensure our learning materials remain accurate, relevant and aligned with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining technical training materials for our audit professionals, including presentations, handouts and other learning resources
  • Delivering engaging training sessions both in person and online
  • Working closely with the Technical team, Training Partners, Audit Leadership and the wider Talent Development team to understand learning needs
  • Ensuring training content remains accurate, current and aligned with firm and regulatory requirements
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training and recommending improvements
  • Keeping up to date with changes in audit regulation, accounting practices and learning methods
  • Supporting wider projects across the Technical Training team

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • ACA qualification or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles
  • A genuine interest in training and sharing knowledge with others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet firm deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent training standards
  • Previous experience developing or delivering training, either in person or online, would be advantageous but is not essential
