Overview
Auditor required to undertake an AS9100 audit on-site at supplier facility.
Description
Seeking an experienced auditor to perform a AS9100 audit to evaluate suppliers operational effectiveness in accordance with the standard. Primarily focused on Capacity and Capability.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full audit using client checklists over operational effectiveness, and compliance with all applicable requirements pursuant to the AS9100 standard
- Obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc. for compliance
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
- Maintain open communication with client management and audit committee
- Document process and prepare audit findings
- Conduct follow up audits for corrective action as needed

- Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor
- A certified Quality Management System auditor, holding recognised auditor certification (e.g. IRCA, RABQSA, or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting audits against recognised Quality Management System standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100D Quality Management System requirements and audit methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience initiating, reviewing and approving corrective action responses, including evaluation of corrective action effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document audit findings and recommendations.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for audit reporting and documentation.
