About the role

Our Audit team is critical to our business. They create internal risk management and compliance processes, and make sure they’re running efficiently.

We are looking for an Auditor (Product Operations) to execute end-to-end risk-based audits across Payments, Credit, and Crypto to deliver our 2026/2027 plan. Operating with minimal oversight, you will own the full audit lifecycle—from scoping and testing to report writing, finding validation, and senior stakeholder negotiation.

Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and executing end-to-end, risk-based internal audits across core product operations (including Payments, Credit, or Crypto) with minimal supervision
  • Developing comprehensive audit scopes, risk and control matrices, and evidence-traceable testing procedures aligned with our annual audit plan
  • Formulating logical, high-quality audit reports that clearly articulate risk findings, underlying root causes, and agreed management action plans
  • Leveraging SQL and modern data analytics tools to perform data-driven testing, extract insights, and maximize audit coverage
  • Managing key relationships with senior product and operational stakeholders, navigating challenging conversations, and securing buy-in on final audit outcomes
  • Validating the closure of audit findings independently to ensure robust, sustainable risk remediation across business units

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
