Join AEP Global's Growing Critical Infrastructure Team

AEP Global

We are growing, and we're looking for experienced Low Voltage Authorised Persons (LV AP'ss) to join our expanding team delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.

If you have experience working within data centres, mission-critical environments, industrial facilities or major infrastructure projects, and you're confident managing safe systems of work around LV electrical systems, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

As an LV Authorised Person, you'll play a key role in the safe installation, energisation and commissioning of electrical systems, working alongside Senior Authorised Persons, Commissioning Managers and project teams to ensure electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that genuinely invests in developing its people, with clear progression into Senior Authorised Person roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
