About the Role:

Our Fife Services support autistic adults across Cowdenbeath, Cardenden, Lochgelly and Glenrothes. Every person we support is unique, with their own interests, goals and aspirations.

Support is tailored to the person's individual needs and may be provided on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.
As an Autism Practitioner, you'll build positive relationships and support people to live as independently as possible. Whether it's enjoying community activities, developing life skills, maintaining meaningful routines, pursuing hobbies, or achieving personal goals, you'll play an important role in helping people live the life they choose.

We're looking for compassionate, confident and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference. Previous support experience is beneficial, and a full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

  • Contribute to personalised support plans and daily records.
  • Support with household tasks and personal care where required.

Shift Patterns:

You'll benefit from knowing your shifts in advance. Shifts include a variety of days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Some contracts may also include waking nights. Flexibility is essential, and certain services require earlier starts.
