Come and Support Lizzy!
We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to join Lizzy's team in Moray.
Lizzy is a fun-loving, friendly and active young woman who enjoys music, socialising and being part of her local community. She is passionate about living independently in her own home and is looking for support from people who can help her continue building her confidence and independence.
Your role will involve supporting Lizzy with daily living skills, attending local clubs and activities, enjoying walks, visiting local attractions, and helping her stay connected with friends. Lizzy is very sociable and enjoys getting out and about, so no two days are ever quite the same.
Some parts of Lizzy's day are structured around established routines, so patience, consistency, and understanding are important. Full training and shadowing will be provided before you begin, ensuring you feel confident and supported in your role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
