Embracing difference, leading change

Are you passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals? We have exciting opportunities available across our outreach services in Perth and Dundee.

We are looking for dedicated, open-minded team players with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humour. If you are committed to promoting independence, community inclusion, and person-centred support, we'd love to hear from you.

Dundee Outreach Service

We are recruiting Autism Practitioners to join a 2:1 support team for a young woman with autism and visual impairment.

This young person enjoys:

  • Trips out in the car to the beach and local parks
  • Listening to music
  • Access the local community via a wheelchair

The successful candidates will be patient, understanding, and confident supporting someone who communicates in their own way via Makaton and amplified vocalisations. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and applicants must be willing to work weekends as part of a flexible rota.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
