About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving auto insurance business performance, identifying best practices and tools to streamline project management, coordinating with internal departments, and managing relationships with insurance companies and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

Auto Insurance Business Analysis and Improvement

  • Analyse auto insurance penetration rates across the dealer network and gather feedback from dealers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Improve the functionality of the insurance exchange platform and enhance product coverage.
  • Optimise the customer journey and develop an effective insurer matrix to improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to improve auto insurance products, processes, and services.

Internal Communication and Team Coordination

  • Coordinate financial reconciliation processes between dealers and the local National Sales Company (NSC).
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, Legal, IT, and other relevant teams, to resolve auto insurance-related issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of insurance-related initiatives and projects.

Relationship Management with Insurance Companies and Dealers

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing insurance partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential insurance partners.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with insurers and dealers to identify mutual business opportunities and improve service delivery.

Project Management

  • Apply relevant project management knowledge, skills, methodologies, and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and supervise system and business projects across different countries.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within agreed objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in auto insurance sales, customer journey management, underwriting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the auto insurance landscape and market practices in major European markets.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of auto insurance products and post-insurance services.
  • Good knowledge of insurance processes, customer journeys, and relevant industry practices.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer focus with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach to work.
