Job Title

About the Role

We are looking for a CAD Technician to join our established Firescreens team and play a key role in delivering industry-leading fire-rated glazing solutions.

What will your new role involve?

  • Producing production drawings and technical detail from site surveys and architectural drawings for manufacture and installation
  • Recording all correspondence to confirm discussions held and ensure they are recorded accurately
  • Producing procurement schedules for the purchasing of all materials relevant for the contract
  • Managing the initial design stage
  • Being a technical adviser for external account managers and architects

What you will need to succeed:

  • Working CAD Technician experience
  • Experience of Autocad and Logikal
  • Attention to detail and understanding of technical drawings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Interiors / Partitions (Desirable)
  • Metal work, steel doors & screens or Architectural background (Desirable)
