Role Description
GreenLight Engineering Group is seeking an Automation & AI Implementation Coordinator to support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of business systems, workflow automation, and artificial intelligence solutions across the Group.
Working closely with the IT Manager and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will help identify inefficiencies, design automated processes, implement new technologies, and drive operational excellence across our Fit Out, Facilities Management, Renewable Energy, and Group Services divisions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology and wants to be at the forefront of practical AI adoption within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Improvement
- Review existing operational and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Map existing business workflows and document future-state processes.
- Work with departments across the Group to understand operational challenges and recommend technology-led solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programmes.

Automation Development
- Assist in developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
- Support the implementation of automated data processing solutions.
- Create and maintain integrations between business systems including Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Produce technical and user documentation for implemented solutions.
AI & Digital Transformation
- Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
- Assist with AI Builder, document processing, data extraction, and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Help test and validate AI outputs before deployment.
- Support staff adoption and training of new AI technologies.
Systems & Data Management
- Assist with management and improvement of business data quality.
- Support Dataverse configuration and administration activities.
- Help maintain business reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
- Produce management information and insights from operational data.
Project Delivery
- Participate in internal software development and implementation projects.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
- Track project actions, risks, and deliverables.
- Liaise with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of business processes and workflow management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience using Power Automate.
- Experience with Dataverse or Dynamics 365.
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
- Experience with SharePoint administration.
- Experience creating process maps and documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or low-code development platforms.
