What You Will Be Doing

Drive Process Automation & Operational Excellence:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
- Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
- Measure and communicate automation benefits, including effort reduction, service improvements, compliance enhancements, and customer impact.

Build Intelligent Automation Solutions:
- Develop automation solutions using modern low-code, no-code, and automation platforms.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and intelligent document processing technologies to automate complex business workflows.
- Support the development of AI-powered copilots, virtual assistants, and decision-support solutions.

Partner with Business & Technology Teams:
- Collaborate closely with customs experts, operations teams, product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to understand challenges and design innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical automation and AI solutions.

- Help Build the Future Automation & AI Capability:
- Promote automation-first thinking and continuous improvement across Global Trade Services.
- Contribute to automation standards, best practices, governance, and reusable solution frameworks.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in intelligent automation, Generative AI, and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing process automation solutions in a business environment.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, business process management, or intelligent automation technologies.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, RPA solutions, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered automation solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar Microsoft technologies.
- Basic programming or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar).
- Experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, supply chain, or international trade environments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
