Description

Are you highly detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated by work where accuracy truly matters? As an Automation Analyst, you will play an important role in reviewing medical evidence for automated personal injury claims, ensuring that data is accurate, documentation is complete, and claims are progressed in line with agreed protocols, service level agreements, industry standards, and legal guidelines.

In this role, you will review medical reports and supporting evidence, update medical data into COA where required, and use your judgement to prioritise work and make evidence-based decisions. You will also help identify trends, discrepancies, system issues, and anomalies, escalating these quickly so that the wider team can continue to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, medical information, process accuracy, and continuous improvement. You will be part of a collaborative team where quality, customer service, and delivery against targets are key to success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
