About The Role
Your new role as an Automation Developer places you at the forefront of the company's digital transformation initiatives. As a vital member of the Finance Transformation Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. The role emphasizes UiPath and Microsoft RPA development, IDP-document automation, and the integration of Microsoft Copilot solutions. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and operational teams to deliver scalable, well-governed automation workflows that support the organization’s strategic objectives. Your work will directly contribute to leveraging AI, automation, and modern digital tools at scale, ensuring the digital workforce’s high availability and ongoing performance improvements.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess advanced UiPath development experience within enterprise environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of automation best practices. Proven expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is essential, along with a track record of developing Microsoft Copilot solutions. Candidates should have a solid grasp of automation design principles, process optimization, and exception handling techniques. Experience managing Dev/Test/Prod environments and release pipelines is required, along with working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. The ability to translate complex business processes into effective automation workflows is crucial, as is familiarity with Process Mining and Data Mining techniques. A background working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver automation projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath and Microsoft technologies, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.

Translate Process Definition Documents (PDDs) into high-quality automation solutions that meet business needs.

Deploy automations across Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environments, providing support during the initial rollout and ongoing operations.

Act as the first escalation point during UAT and early-life support, troubleshooting issues, fixing defects, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure stability.

Implement and optimize Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for unstructured and semi-structured data, such as invoices and forms.

Enhance processing accuracy through validation rules and exception handling, continuously improving workflow efficiency.

Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot, integrating AI capabilities into automation workflows.

Identify opportunities where AI tools can replace manual processes or augment existing workflows, driving digital transformation initiatives.

- Provide operational support by monitoring, scheduling, and maintaining automation processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Investigate incidents, support structured change control procedures, and optimize bot utilization in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly report on automation performance, stability, and efficiency to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
