About The Role
Your new role as an Automation Developer will place you at the forefront of our client's digital transformation initiatives. As a vital member of the Finance Transformation Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that streamline and optimize business processes. The role emphasizes expertise in UiPath and Microsoft RPA development, IDP-document automation, and Microsoft Copilot development and integration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage AI, automation, and modern digital tools at scale, contributing significantly to the organization’s ambition of enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technology.
You will work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and operational teams to deliver robust, scalable, and well-governed automation solutions. Ensuring high availability and continuous performance improvement of the digital workforce will be key. The role involves supporting live automations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to maximize automation benefits across the enterprise.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess advanced experience in UiPath development within enterprise environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of automation architecture and best practices. Proven expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is essential, along with a track record of developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot. Candidates should have a solid understanding of process optimization, exception handling, and managing multiple environments such as Dev, Test, and Production. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar is desirable, along with the ability to translate complex business processes into effective automation workflows. Knowledge of Process Mining and Data Mining techniques will be advantageous.

Additionally, candidates should have a history of delivering automation in governed enterprise settings, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows utilizing UiPath and Microsoft technologies to meet business needs.
- Translate Process Definition Documents (PDDs) into efficient, scalable automation solutions.
- Implement automation across various environments including Development, UAT, and Production, ensuring seamless deployment.
- Act as the primary escalation point during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and early-life support phases, addressing issues promptly.
- Support live automation processes through troubleshooting, defect fixing, and root cause analysis to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.
- Design and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for unstructured and semi-structured data, enhancing processing accuracy for document-heavy workflows such as invoices and forms.
- Continuously optimize IDP solutions through validation rules and exception handling to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot, integrating AI capabilities into automation workflows.
- Identify opportunities where AI and Copilot can improve existing manual processes or replace them entirely.
- Monitor, schedule, and maintain automation processes, ensuring stability and compliance with organizational standards.
- Investigate incidents, support structured change control processes, and optimize bot utilization in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly report on automation performance, stability, and efficiency metrics to stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
