We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with key automated systems.
- Analyze Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and provide data visualizations to stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on system optimization.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate system documentation and backup libraries.
- Work with global teams on the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to develop improvement strategies for control code.

What You'll Need
- Experience with PLC controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment.
- Proven experience with material handling, flow and capacity visualization, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with at least one of the following: Microsoft Office, project management tools, EPLAN, Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Codesys PLCs (Ladder Logic/structured programming), Ignition SCADA or similar, HMI, EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus, AS-i, VFDs, safety gateways, or input/output devices.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
- A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience working within ISO 13849 and ISO 62061 frameworks is a plus.
