We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Ensure automated systems operate optimally for timely order fulfilment
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with key systems and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Provide data visualisations of troubleshooting to internal stakeholders
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with departments to maintain system documentation and backup libraries
- Install and commission new equipment and support other sites as needed

What You'll Need
- Experience with PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in production environments
- Relevant experience with material handling, flow, and capacity visualisation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, or EPLAN
- Experience with Ladder Logic and structured programming (Siemens, Allen-Brady, Codesys PLCs)
- Familiarity with Ignition SCADA or similar HMI platforms
- Understanding of fieldbus networks like EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus, or AS-i
- Experience with VFDs, safety gateways, and input/output devices
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
