What you will be doing

  • Carrying out preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on high-level pallet-handling cranes
  • Supporting day-to-day site operations working alongside the client's maintenance team
  • Recording maintenance activity, materials, and error reports within the CMMS
  • Ensuring spare parts are organised, tracked, and replenished
  • Assisting with breakdowns and reactive engineering tasks
  • Supporting Health & Safety compliance and identifying risks
  • Helping drive continuous improvement initiatives on site

What do we need from you?

  • City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HNC or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience working with automated or warehouse equipment
  • Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
  • Comfortable working at height (training provided)
  • Familiar with CMMS systems
  • Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
