About The Role

Collaborating closely with process teams and technical partners, you will ensure that every solution is secure, reliable, compliant, and perfectly aligned with architectural standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automations, workflows, scripts, integrations, and digital solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), RPA technologies (ServiceNow/Blue Prism), Logic Apps, Alteryx workflows, and Co-Pilot Studio.
- Translate business requirements and mapped processes into robust, scalable, and reliable automation solutions, adhering to coding standards and architectural guardrails (DLP, RBAC, identity, connector governance).
- Conduct thorough unit testing, functional testing, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure solution quality.
- Produce comprehensive technical and support documentation, including solution diagrams, test scripts, runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, utilizing tools like Azure DevOps for deployment and version control.
- Apply secure development practices, ensuring all solutions meet auditability, resilience, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with platform specialists to ensure environments, connectors, and platform capabilities are optimized for reliable delivery.
- Engage with architecture teams for design reviews and guidance on complex solutions.
- Partner with process architects and analysts to ensure processes are well-understood, standardized, and primed for automation.
- Support senior engineers in solution quality reviews, promoting component reuse, and ensuring consistent delivery.
- Investigate and resolve defects, workflow failures, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks in live automations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying reusable components, automation candidates, standard patterns, and optimized delivery methods.
- Provide support for live automations during hyper-care, early life support, and transition to ongoing operations.
- Explore and experiment with emerging capabilities such as Co-Pilot agents, Azure AI integration, RAG/Graph patterns, advanced connectors, and new platform features.
- Provide feedback on technology opportunities and advancements to leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in automation development using Power Automate, RPA, or equivalent digital technologies.
- Strong technical proficiency across Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), RPA tooling (ServiceNow/Blue Prism), Logic Apps, and Alteryx.
- Ability to design and build robust workflows, low-code automations, API integrations, and data-driven processes.
- Hands-on experience with Azure technologies such as Logic Apps and Key Vault.
- Basic understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, connectors, Databricks data sources) and Purview-governed data.
- Understanding of cloud governance principles including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), identity management, connector security, and audit logging.
- Strong analytical and digital problem-solving ability, applied to complex process automation challenges.
- Understanding of GDPR, information security, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
- Awareness of platform security practices including identity management, DLP, RBAC, and secure data access.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, platform specialists, and process teams.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation discipline, and willingness to follow structured delivery frameworks.
- Ability to support multiple automation initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in both business-facing and technical team environments.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with Co-Pilot Studio, Foundry workflows, or other AI/digital tooling.
- Awareness of enterprise systems such as Maximo, Ellipse, GIS/ArcGIS, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP BO, Prism.
- Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or RPA developer equivalents.
- Alteryx Designer Core certification.
- Exposure to AI-based or data-driven automation.
- Interest in AI-enabled automation and new technology capabilities.
