£90,000 + benefits

This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused digital business where technology, customer data and marketing directly influence growth. You will work across engineering, marketing, CRM and data to build automated customer journeys, improve conversion and turn behavioural insights into measurable revenue outcomes.

The Company

They are a digital marketplace business serving a large consumer customer base. The Role

As a MarTech Engineer, you will work closely with senior technology and marketing stakeholders to connect customer data, marketing technology and engineering.

You will:

  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys across email and other marketing channels.

  • Use SQL and BigQuery to interrogate customer and behavioural data.
  • Develop re-engagement journeys for customers who do not complete key conversion steps.
  • Translate marketing requirements into technical rules, processes and scalable automations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between customer, CRM, marketing and wider business systems.
  • Develop reliable conversion data feeds into advertising platforms.
  • Support remarketing activity and optimisation across platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Connect marketing activity with purchases and revenue to improve measurement and attribution.
  • Build automations that enable marketing teams to operate more effectively.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across customer and marketing systems.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to improve how and when customers are engaged.
  • Contribute to conversion rate optimisation and experimentation initiatives with clear commercial outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
