We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with key automated systems
  • Optimize processes by maximizing equipment availability through data analysis
  • Lead continuous improvement projects within the EU Controls network
  • Document systems, maintain accurate backup libraries, and support new equipment installation
  • Provide data visualizations for troubleshooting to internal stakeholders
  • Share expertise with Engineering Technicians on device troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

What You'll Need

  • Experience with PLC controlled automation and issue diagnosis in continuous process/production environments
  • Engineering Degree (HND, HNC, BTEC, NVQ III/IV/V, Ieng, CEng, ILM L3+ or accredited apprenticeship)
  • Experience supporting a wide range of conveyors and sortation systems
  • Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English
  • Ability to travel between regional sites within London (approx. 50% weekly time)
