We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with key automated systems.
- Analyze material handling equipment (MHE) metrics and provide data visualizations.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate system documentation and backup libraries.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to develop system improvement strategies.
- Install and commission new automated equipment with global colleagues.

What You'll Need
- Experience with PLC controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment.
- Experience supporting a wide range of conveyors and sortation systems.
- Experience with material handling, flow, and capacity visualization and monitoring.
- Experience with Ladder Logic and structured programming from major PLC manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Codesys).
- Experience with SCADA and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
