Join a Leading Organisation

Join a leading organisation delivering essential services and driving innovation through technology. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and optimising a critical automation and AI ecosystem, helping ensure reliable, secure and efficient services for millions of customers.

We’re looking for an experienced automation operations professional to oversee the stability, security and reliability of automated workflows, RPA solutions, integrations and AI-enabled services. You’ll work across technology, engineering, architecture and external partners to resolve issues, improve resilience and drive continuous operational improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and quality-assure an external managed-service team supporting operational automations and AI solutions.
  • Manage the intake, prioritisation and resolution of incidents, defects and platform issues, ensuring SLA and ITIL-aligned service standards are met.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of live automations, including Power Platform flows, RPA bots (ServiceNow/Blue Prism), Alteryx workflows, Logic Apps and AI agents.
  • Manage operational schedules, job queues, bot controllers, runbooks, orchestrations and environment health.
  • Analyse recurring failures, lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve stability and resilience.
  • Ensure proactive monitoring using observability tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor and RPA consoles.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Platform, Integration and Engineering teams to resolve environment, connector, access and dependency issues, and support enhancements and change requests.
  • Own operational change processes, including approvals, deployment coordination, regression testing, communications and rollback planning.
  • Coordinate patching across RPA infrastructure, connectors, gateways, Logic Apps and Power Platform environments.
  • Maintain version control, operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, incident logs, maintenance plans and audit evidence.
  • Provide clear reporting on incident trends, platform health, automation reliability and improvement opportunities.
  • Support regulatory reporting through accurate tracking of automation outcomes, incidents and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, tooling, dashboards and support models, including recommendations for automation retirement, consolidation or redesign.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
