As a key member of the team, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, configuring, and continuously improving the automation and digital enablement platforms that underpin our Process & Automation Centre of Excellence. You will collaborate closely with various technical teams—including cloud, security, data, integration, and architecture—to enable scalable automation, AI, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation through state-of-the-art technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of automation platforms, including Power Platform (environments, DLP policies, connectors), ServiceNow/Blue Prism RPA, Alteryx, Co-Pilot Studio, Logic Apps, and Foundry.
- Administer environment strategy, capacity management, licensing, role-based access control (RBAC), and platform-level configuration.
- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules, identity and access controls, and governance standards.
- Monitor platform health, connector reliability, bot controllers, workflow runs, API integrations, and resource utilization.
- Investigate and resolve platform incidents, failures, performance issues, connector/API changes, and environment degradation.
- Maintain operational runbooks, platform documentation, and platform performance dashboards.
- Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) to support solution deployment across environments.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including solution packaging, deployment approvals, environment refreshes, and version control.
- Collaborate with automation delivery teams to ensure secure deployment practices and consistent development standards.
- Partner with Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data Engineering, Data Science, Databricks, and Integration teams to support platform enhancements and align with enterprise architecture.
- Enable AI-based capabilities, including Co-Pilot agents, RAG/Graph-based retrieval, model integration, and secure connection to data sources.
- Support integration patterns using Logic Apps, APIs, webhooks, Databricks pipelines, and enterprise integration tools.
- Identify platform improvements, automation tooling enhancements, and capability expansion opportunities.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new features, connectors, AI capabilities, or integrations.
- Contribute to the development of Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards, platform roadmaps, and operational governance frameworks.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical skills across Power Platform administration, Logic Apps, automation platforms, and RPA infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, identity management, security controls, RBAC, and DLP governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of CI/CD, ALM, DevOps practices, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI and data integration concepts (RAG patterns, embeddings, Azure OpenAI, Databricks data flows).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and business-facing teams.
- High attention to detail, methodical approach, and strong documentation practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing cloud-based automation or digital platforms.
- Solid technical background across Power Platform, Azure, automation or integration technologies.
- Experience administering Power Platform (environments, DLP, connectors, licensing).
- Knowledge of RPA platform operations (ServiceNow RPA or Blue Prism), including controller operation and bot scheduling.
- Understanding of Azure components (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, Managed Identities).
- Exposure to data platforms (Databricks, Data Lakehouse), APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance tools (Purview) and data classifications/lineage.
- Understanding of automation technologies including Co-Pilot Studio and Alteryx.
- Strong awareness of security, DLP, access control, and data governance within cloud platforms.
- Understanding of GDPR, ISO27001 and regulated environments.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-104, AZ-204 or similar.
- Blue Prism or ServiceNow RPA accreditations.
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- AI/ML or data engineering exposure advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work across multiple technical domains and coordinate with cloud, security, data, and architecture teams.
- Willingness to support out-of-hours deployments or maintenance windows when required.
- Ability to travel to sites as needed.
