We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our systems.
This role is focused on test automation, primarily across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping to ensure that new features and updates are thoroughly tested and delivered to a high standard.

You will work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Main role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for business systems
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define testing approaches
- Carry out functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, log, and track defects, supporting resolution with development teams
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Develop and improve automation frameworks, particularly in low code environments
- Monitor and report on test coverage and quality metrics
- Keep up to date with best practice across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and testing tools
Skills & experience we look for
- Experience in software testing or QA, with a focus on automation
- Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Understanding of testing types such as regression, integration, and performance
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
