If your first thought when you see a manual process is "that should be a workflow", keep reading.

We are a capital advisory firm working with founders across Europe and the Gulf who are raising capital or selling their companies. We run an aggressive outbound machine, a closing team, and an execution team, and we have built our own client portal. We need the person who wires it all together: the architect of every internal system and every client touchpoint, so that from the moment a founder books a call to the moment they pay, the machine runs itself.

The Role

You own internal systems end to end. n8n, Slack, agents, integrations, portals. You do not wait for a spec: you come with your own ideas, build them, and ship them. You sit at the convergence of tech and finance, and you want to be at the frontier of system efficiency.

What You Will Own

  • The automation spine: n8n workflows and Slack automations connecting every tool we run, so every event lands where the team sees it and nothing falls through
  • The client journey: fully automated flows from booked call to onboarding to contract to payment. Reminders, follow-ups, handoffs, all of it seamless. You are directly incentivized on how smooth this funnel feels
  • Email cadences: built and managed on demand as the business needs them
  • The contract flow: an automated contract sender so agreements go out, get signed, and get tracked without a human touching them
  • Call recording: Fathom wired across every call in the firm, transcripts routed where they belong
  • Onboarding: the forms, the intake flows, and everything they trigger downstream
  • Monitoring agents: AI agents watching all our infrastructure so problems announce themselves before a human notices
  • The portals: our client portal and internal team portal stay accurate and alive. You speak with the execution team and CSM weekly and push their updates through
  • Tracking: everything measured, everything visible. If it moves, it has a dashboard

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Pay

  • $1,000/month base + 2.5% of every deal the firm closes
  • Average deal is $30,000, so every close pays you $750. You are paid on the whole machine because you build the rails everything runs on
  • 2 team closes a week = ~$7,500/month. 5 a week = ~$17,200/month
  • At our target run rate this seat pays $25k+/month. A $300k/year role for making the machine seamless
  • The smoother the funnel, the more deals close, the more you print. Your incentive is the client's experience.

Who You Are

  • An automation obsessive: n8n (or equivalent) mastery, APIs, webhooks, Slack apps, AI agents. You have built real systems that real teams depend on
  • In love with finance and technology, and genuinely excited by what happens where they meet
  • An ideas person: you arrive with a backlog of improvements nobody asked for and half of them are brilliant
  • Detail-fanatical: a broken webhook or a stale portal page physically bothers you
  • Self-managing: you own outcomes, not tickets
  • Obsessed. This is beyond full time. It is a way of life, and the compensation reflects it

Who This Is Not For

  • Zapier dabblers who have never maintained a system in production
  • Anyone who needs a ticket queue to know what to do next
  • Anyone who thinks "it works on my machine" is a finished sentence
